Pulse Program

Corporate sentiment monitoring program

Listening, aligning, growing. Together. Pulse is an innovative corporate sentiment monitoring program designed to support every person at Intecs Engineering throughout their entire journey within the company. It is a structured yet people-centered system, built on dialogue through one-to-one interviews, opportunities for discussion, and training activities. It begins with onboarding and continues over time, with the aim of continuously improving the employee experience and the quality of work.

A tangible moment of listening

The activities within the Pulse program are planned with no evaluative purpose and are designed to give people space: ideas, feedback, and reflections become real tools for improvement for the benefit of the entire community. The staff of the Human Resources, Quality, and Communication departments are actively involved in a synergistic and shared way in creating a proactive and collaborative environment.

Onboarding

The initial onboarding phase to understand expectations, needs, and first impressions.

Building

A phase of growth and consolidation, with regular check-in moments (such as the 1-month interview and the annual interview) to align, clarify, and develop.

Maintaining

Maintaining an open and ongoing dialogue over time, in order to listen, evolve, and improve together.

Pulse is a concrete commitment by Intecs Engineering to build together a healthy work environment that is increasingly aware, participatory, and growth-oriented.
