With this goal in mind, a Career Development Path has been designed for the professional life of every member of the community, including the development of technical and soft skills, as well as the training path that prepares for and supports this progression.

The structure is organized into 4 areas, in addition to the path planned for management, divided into bands within which the 20 grades of Intecs’ broadbanding system are structured. In this context, each person, in their specific role, has their own vertical growth path based on skills, seniority, autonomy, and managerial breadth.
