With the formal transfer of the business units into the two new companies, INTECS completes the first phase of its transformation journey and enters the operational phase of the 2025–2028 Refocusing Plan, launching a new industrial architecture centered on high technology, engineering and product development.
Rome, January 21, 2026 – The transfer of INTECS S.p.A.’s business units into INTECS ENGINEERING S.p.A. and INTECS TECHNOLOGIES S.p.A., effective as of February 1, will take place in full operational continuity. In line with a clear roadmap inspired by the principle “We lead today’s change to create tomorrow’s opportunities,” the company has supported every employee through a process of clarity and engagement, preparing for this moment of strategic evolution.
In accordance with the resolutions of the Board of Directors, the transfer of the business units into Intecs Engineering S.p.A. and Intecs Technologies S.p.A. will be formally completed on January 30, with effect from February 1. Every employee involved in the transfer will receive an official communication by email.
In continuity with the course of action already underway, the Board of Directors has also confirmed all top management appointments in the two new companies. Executive Chairman Giuseppe Ciongoli will assume the powers of Chief Executive Officer of both Intecs Engineering and Intecs Technologies; Massimo Mannori has been appointed General Manager and Annalisa Franciosi Chief Financial Officer. Massimo Micangeli has been confirmed as Chairman of the Advisory Board.
