Intecs adopted its own Code of Ethics as early as 2014, inspired by Article 41 of the Italian Constitution, which states that economic initiative may not be carried out in conflict with social welfare. It is founded on the core values of legality, fairness, sustainability, and non-discrimination, promoting inclusion and the protection of minority rights.
The company values human capital and is committed to the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence, ensuring fairness, privacy, and data security. Intecs actively contributes to the debate on AI ethics and governance, promoting a culture of responsibility and transparency within the technology industry. The company obtained gender equality certification in October 2024.

Compliant with the ISO 14001 standard, Intecs adheres to the United Nations Global Compact, the most important corporate initiative in the world aligned with the Ten Universal Principles on human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption, contributing to the advancement of a sustainable development culture. Additionally, it promotes a healthy and inclusive work environment, listening to the community to improve well-being and maintain a climate of trust. Through the Social Performance Team, Intecs is committed to worker well-being and produces social reporting inspired by the SA8000 standard. In addition to its social commitment, Intecs is registered with the RAEE Register and properly manages electronic waste, thus contributing to environmental protection.
